People volunteer for many different reasons but the one thing that unites them all is that they find it challenging, rewarding and fun

• Develop new skills, improve your computer and organisational skills when you help in the office

• Improve your confidence through speaking to people at groups and promotional events.

• We need people of all ages and backgrounds

• Roles to suit your availability, interests and experience

• Reasonable travel costs will be paid whilst promoting the service

• Your skills and experience of life will help to improve the way health and adult social care is delivered in Plymouth

• Above all it is a chance to make a real difference for the people of Plymouth
